Feat Description[]
This feat allows the Scout to attempt a slashing cut against one foe. The attacker must be using on of the following weapons in their main hand; Dagger, Rapier, or Shortsword. If a successful melee touch attack is made (with a to-hit bonus equal to your DEX mod, capped at the Feat Rank), the target will suffer damage equal to that Attacker's Tactician score every round for 6 rounds. That damage caused by this attack is not reduced by damage reduction or immunities versus piercing damage.
If the attack scores a critical, the duration of the bleeding cut is doubled and the target suffers -3 to hit and damage due to blood drain for the duration. This feat has a 180 second cooldown and activation expends 1 use of the Battle Intuition feat.
